What you will do

• Develop design and construction models and documentation, including floor and ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and details, using Revit or other BIM software.
• Create drawings from markups provided by architectural staff.
• Review drawings for compliance with documentation standards.
• Coordinate designs with engineering and construction personnel.
• Assist with field investigations and information gathering.
• Participate in drawing reviews, coordination meetings, and quality checks across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Accredited professional degree in architecture, such as B.Arch, M.Arch, or D.Arch, or a Canadian or international equivalent.
• An applicable associate degree or technical trade school certification combined with at least two years of A/E/C firm experience may be accepted.
• Ability to collaborate closely with architectural, engineering, and construction staff.
• Flexibility for moderate travel for project-based or training activities.
• Employment is contingent on background screening.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Enscape, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• LEED accreditation, WELL certification, or similar sustainability credentials.
