Facility Designer I (BIM)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; full-time onsite position. Some travel to client sites or other hirify.global offices is required.

Salary: $80,168.40–$95,800 per year.

What you will do

• Develop facility programming, reports, site master plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Select, coordinate, and lay out vehicle maintenance equipment, site flow, and other facility design elements.
• Create and use Building Information Modeling to produce documents at different levels of development.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and requests for information.
• Conduct construction field observations and support additional design and engineering tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial design, or a related field.
• Command of Revit and AutoCAD, with knowledge of SketchUp.
• Command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Working knowledge of LOD 300 requirements.
• Strong organization, time management, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and interact with and present to clients.
