Senior Manager, Business Development (EV Charging)

Location: Onsite at 850 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, California, United States

Salary: $117,000–$234,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Refine and execute partnership strategies to increase revenue for the retail charging network.
• Create, manage, and expand partnerships that improve EV customer value and network performance.
• Build relationships with new and existing industry partners and develop supporting agreements.
• Evaluate and deploy new programs across the charging network.
• Assess and report on financial, operational, and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch offerings and measure program effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, program design, launch, and monitoring, preferably in energy or EV charging.
• Strong strategy, finance, and business development experience.
• Experience with commercial negotiations and developing partnership-based offerings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Data-driven analytical skills using Excel and Tableau.
• Proficiency in the EV charging or energy domain with a customer-centric, solutions-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales.
• Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
