What you will do
- Coordinate documentation for inspection and laboratory operations.
- Maintain accurate records for bulk vessels, container contracts, and laboratory samples.
- Log incoming samples into the database and coordinate with the laboratory team to meet testing turnaround times.
- Prepare client documentation and ensure records support billing and operational requirements.
- Prepare and finalise invoices accurately and on time.
- Follow company safety procedures for equipment, chemicals, handling, and storage.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration or coordination.
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems.
- Experience using database management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
