2nd Shift Quality Inspector (Manufacturing)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, full-time second shift

hirify.global develops and manufactures mechanical pipe joining solutions, fire protection products, pipe couplings and fittings, and flow control valves for industrial, infrastructure, and commercial applications.

What you will do

• Perform in-process and finished-product inspections against hirify.global specifications.
• Document inspection results, rework, scrap, and nonconformances in reports, logs, and quality databases.
• Conduct pre-production audits and support the Scrap Reduction Program.
• Use and verify the correct use of calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and improve products and manufacturing processes.
• Release conforming products to the next process or customer and support safety and quality training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in a quality-related role preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering procedures, drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Knowledge of quality control standards, inspection techniques, and testing methods.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to work varying shifts, occasional Saturdays, and overtime when required.

Nice to have

• Foundry experience.
• Quality Assurance or Quality Control certification, such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector.
