TL;DR
Business Change Advisor/Business Change Advisor Sr. (Change Management/Medicaid Compliance): Supporting business-unit change networks, planning processes, leadership priorities, journey plans, and management tools with an accent on compliance, auditing, Medicaid, and CMS regulatory requirements. Focus on coordinating supplier contract filings, assembling state-agency documentation, validating requirements, and responding to audit requests.

Location: Hybrid, with in-office attendance 1–2 days per week, at an hirify.global PulsePoint office in Lake Mary, Miami, or Tampa, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; Metairie, Louisiana; Hanover, Maryland; Grand Prairie, Texas; Ashburn or Norfolk, Virginia; or Louisville, Kentucky. Louisville is highly preferred. Candidates must live within commuting distance of a listed office unless an accommodation is granted.

Salary: $64,676–$136,482 per year for candidates working in Illinois, Maryland, or Virginia.

What you will do

  • Build and support the business change network.
  • Communicate business information through newsletters, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Facilitate annual planning and help leadership define priorities and goals within journey plans.
  • Develop journey plans and educate stakeholders on how to use them.
  • Oversee the use of management tools and related processes.
  • Coordinate supplier Medicaid filings, documentation, state-agency submissions, and responses to audit requests.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 2–3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with compliance and auditing.
  • Experience creating and maintaining policies and with standard operating procedures.
  • Experience with Medicaid and CMS regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to assess supplier Medicaid exhibit requirements, validate contract requests against state filing guidelines, and assemble filing documentation.
  • Must be within commuting distance of an eligible United States office and work onsite 1–2 days per week.
