Senior Manager - Transaction Advisory Services

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; full-time on-site role

Salary: $179,000–$262,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research target companies and perform complex financial analysis.
• Conduct due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients and support exceptional client service.
• Work with firm leadership on marketing, recruiting, networking, and business development.
• Support team members' professional growth through coaching and development initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience in complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to generate data-driven insights, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting analyses to management and participating in executive briefings.
• Ability to work effectively with senior client personnel and team members across various industries.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
