What you will do

• Support day-to-day Corporate Finance – Transaction Advisory client service teams on buy- and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working capital trending, benchmark analysis, and financial statement review.
• Lead preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Supervise and delegate work across engagement areas while collaborating with TA experts, other professionals, and client contacts.
• Assist with identifying issues for purchase price adjustments and potential deal structuring insights.
• Contribute to a fast-growing consulting practice, including marketing support, client pitches, and product/practice development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 5 to 7 years of experience, ideally in consulting or professional services (Multinational professional service firms or Big Four preferred).
• Interest and knowledge in the healthcare financial industry.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving, and written/oral communication skills, including interaction with senior management.
• Ability to manage processes and other staff; ability to work independently on smaller transactions.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
