What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for buy and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, and working capital assessments.
• Identify key issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring.
• Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Participate in practice development, marketing, and client pitches.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or professional services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Expertise in financial modeling, including 3-statement models and scenario analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with Big Data analysis, Data Visualization, or Business Intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with financial research tools like Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
• Prior experience in an established Transaction Advisory practice.
