Senior Associate-Consultant - Corporate Finance - Healthcare Transaction Advisory (Finance)

Location: Nashville, TN, United States; willingness to travel up to 25% when needed.

Salary: $80,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements for corporate finance clients.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend, working capital, benchmark, financial statement, business plan, and cash flow analyses.
• Identify purchase price adjustment issues and develop transaction structuring insights.
• Delegate, supervise, and lead project activities while collaborating with consultants, subject-matter experts, client contacts, and external professionals.
• Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Support marketing, client pitches, and the development of the transaction advisory practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, management, engineering, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including three-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data and develop insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, project management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CPA, equivalent certification, or technical/GAAP accounting expertise.
• Experience with Big Data analysis, data visualization, or business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or similar financial research tools.
• Experience in an established transaction advisory practice and knowledge of healthcare industry players, drivers, and trends.
• Ability to understand legal documents and complex agreements.
