Label Machine Operator

What you will do

• Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines and minimize material waste.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate raw-material logs in the ERP system.
• Inspect products closely to support a zero-defect quality standard.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while collaborating with the production team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Color vision sufficient to distinguish product variations.
• Ability to remain focused during high-pressure shifts, adapt to changing production priorities, and support coworkers.
