Machine Operator III

Location: Austin, Texas, US 78753; onsite role. Applicants must be legally authorized to reside and work in the United States. International relocation and remote work outside the US are not considered.

What you will do

• Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic production machines.
• Program cards, printers, and readers and perform light maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Act as the production lead and coordinate between production and support areas to resolve operational issues.
• Verify bills of materials, programming requirements, product types, artwork, markings, materials, and paperwork.
• Monitor production output, order management, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Perform 5S, preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to reside and work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interpret technical journals, specifications, and international technical standards.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with high attention to detail, learn and maintain specialized equipment, and work overtime, weekends, or different shifts when required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows, and Excel.
