Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the manufacturing facility in Bow, New Hampshire, United States. First shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Occasional overtime or weekend shifts may be required.

What you will do

• Operate, clean, and monitor automated machinery and manual equipment during daily production runs.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines and process parameters to produce dimensionally accurate parts.
• Inspect finished products, identify defects, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and technical issues and perform routine machine checks and adjustments.
• Maintain production logs, documentation, a clean work area, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams and cross-train on machine operation duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in machine operation or a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift and Raymond certification.
• Basic mechanical, troubleshooting, and automated systems and controls skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and technical specifications and use measurement tools such as calipers.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and work safely in a noisy, fast-paced manufacturing environment while using required PPE.
