Maintenance Planner

Location: Must be based in the United States (Onsite role)

Salary: $75,300 – $97,900 per year

What you will do

• Schedule and plan maintenance work, bakery projects, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage stockroom inventory, parts ordering, and maintenance records.
• Ensure the integrity and operability of the CMMS computer system.
• Coordinate work tasks with outside contractors and manage vendor orders.
• Produce and analyze maintenance reports for bakery management.
• Maintain safety, security, and sanitation standards within the stockroom.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing industrial maintenance experience required.
• Working knowledge of automated CMMS systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including potential split schedules, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to work in environments with high temperatures, noise, and flour dust.
