Area Customer Experience Specialist (Banking)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA; office-based role with travel between multiple local branch locations. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Provide coverage across branch banking operations, including customer transactions, account servicing, financial guidance, and referrals.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily activity.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers about deposits, loans, account maintenance, and banking technology.
• Support colleagues across multiple branches and create consistent customer experiences.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Travel between branch locations throughout the week using reliable transportation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and adaptability to work in different branch locations.
• Comfort with online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Current full-time work authorization in the United States; visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, or business lending.
• Notary licensing; NMLS licensing is available for career development.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
