Client Experience Associate (Retail Banking)

Location: Welch Rd Branch in Apopka, Florida, United States; in-office position

What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and process a variety of branch banking interactions.
• Educate customers about available financial transaction options, products, technology, tools, and resources.
• Identify banking opportunities through meaningful conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Complete teller and branch operations accurately and efficiently while following policies and procedures.
• Support proactive sales conversations through service-to-sales, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems and strengthen client loyalty.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience principles.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify and manage risk, including fraud detection and prevention.
• Must work in the hirify.global branch office in Apopka, Florida; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
