Project Executive (Construction)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Manage the operations and administration of assigned construction projects with bottom-line profit accountability.
• Review and approve estimates, schedules, budgets, fees, subcontracts, and major material purchase orders.
• Lead project planning, turnover, mobilization, staffing, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and closeout.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and oversee construction personnel while enforcing company, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain client relationships, support business development, and participate in proposal presentations.
• Monitor project profitability, cash flow, progress payments, management reporting, and staff performance.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
