Electrical Project Manager

Location: Mesquite, Texas, United States; full-time, on-site role in the Dallas region. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Christman Facility Solutions provides turnkey construction, facility services, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, general trades, and general contracting services.

What you will do

• Manage and lead project teams throughout assigned electrical construction projects.
• Maintain client relationships and clarify construction leadership, facility maintenance, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting, staffing plans, and work plans for each project phase.
• Establish subcontract agreements, trade scopes, coordination requirements, safety expectations, and work quality standards.
• Process contract documents, bulletins, field work orders, and change orders, obtaining authorization before field execution.
• Monitor project safety, financial performance, expenditures, regulatory compliance, and risk protections including Builder’s Risk Insurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or relevant coursework, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Six or more years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to coordinate clients, trade contractors, vendors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
• Successful pre-employment drug and background screening is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 training.
