HVAC Engineering Technician I (Crew 3) (HVAC)

What you will do

• Conduct experiments, tests, calibration procedures, and prototype assembly to support HVAC product development.
• Collect, record, and analyze test data for engineers and project teams.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot engineering equipment, instruments, and components.
• Maintain testing, maintenance, and equipment documentation, including logs and records.
• Support engineers with research, development, testing, and engineering system maintenance.
• Follow quality, regulatory, and safety procedures while collaborating with engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Two-year HVAC degree from a technical school.
• 1–3 years of HVAC industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
• EPA 608 and A2L certifications are required.
• Effective communication, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, task management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to locate parts, diagrams, and drawings in the hirify.global database.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform climbing, stooping, and prolonged sitting or standing.
