Global Finance Systems Analyst (Oracle EPM)

Location: Mettawa, Illinois, United States; hybrid, three days per week in the office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $76,300–$110,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support administration of enterprise-wide Oracle EPM applications, including configuration, architecture, data, rules, deployment, and access.
• Support monthly and quarterly close, budgeting, and forecasting processes by monitoring EPM applications and interfaces.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
• Implement application updates, security changes, data uploads, metadata updates, integrations, and Oracle Cloud patches.
• Develop, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, Smart View reports, integrations, and ad hoc queries.
• Resolve day-to-day reporting and system issues for corporate users and provide user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in finance, financial systems, finance-related systems interfacing, or Oracle EPM and SQL development.
• At least two years of experience with system configuration, reporting, and integrations in an analyst role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated process improvement skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or IT.
• Oracle EPM certification.
• At least two years of experience administering EPBCS.
