Financial Systems Analyst (Oracle EPM)

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including EPBCS planning and reporting environments.
• Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, reports, and business rules.
• Load, validate, reconcile, and certify actuals, budgets, forecasts, and management reporting data.
• Support integrations and recurring data feeds from Accounting, Treasury, ALM, HR, data warehouses, and other source systems.
• Develop and enhance Smart View reports, templates, ad hoc analyses, and recurring workbooks while supporting end users.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, SOX controls, audits, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting financial systems, FP&A processes, accounting systems, reporting platforms, or business intelligence tools.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, EPBCS or PBCS, Essbase, Smart View, planning applications, financial metadata, and business rules.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nice to have

• MS or MBA, CPA, CMA, Oracle EPM certification, or another relevant professional certification.
• Banking, FP&A, financial services, or highly regulated environment experience.
• Experience with Oracle EDM, PCMCS, EPM Automate, Data Management, Data Integrations, Narrative Reporting, Power BI, SQL, automation tools, or data warehouse platforms.
• Experience documenting financial systems processes, internal controls, audits, system changes, and recurring procedures.
