Salary: $134,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee monthly ledger data integrations and maintain configuration mappings for subledgers.
• Manage GL configurations, including cross-validation rules, revaluation, and security.
• Lead requirements definition, design, and implementation for Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Act as a project manager for accounting, finance, and reporting system initiatives.
• Ensure SOX compliance and coordinate with internal and external audit teams.
• Mentor and supervise members of the Oracle Center of Excellence team.

Requirements

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a functional administrator of financial systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials (Oracle Cloud Financials preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial systems modules, configurations, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume work under strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM modules (General Ledger, Fusion Accounting Hub, etc.).
• Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools like SmartView, OTBI, or BI Publisher.
• Experience with PL/SQL.
• Background in the insurance industry.
