Global Opex Finance Manager

Location: United States of America; hybrid work with occasional in-person events or team sessions. East Coast candidates are preferred.

Salary: $90,750–$188,750 per year, with potential discretionary annual bonus or commissions.

What you will do

• Own planning, forecasting, and ongoing management of global operating expenses, including personnel costs, headcount, Travel & Entertainment, and Digital Services Taxes.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance, evaluate cost drivers, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decisions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close activities, accrual reviews, variance analysis, and resolution of financial discrepancies.
• Prepare financial analysis, variance commentary, and business review presentations covering performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Coordinate global headcount planning with HR, recruiting, and business operations teams.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting through AI-enabled tools, automation, dashboards, and scalable analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical business-partnering role.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including experience building, auditing, and improving complex financial models.
• Experience with headcount planning, personnel cost forecasting, and operating expense management in a complex global organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, reporting solutions, dashboards, or data visualizations.
• Working knowledge of enterprise planning tools such as Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, or similar platforms, plus a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
