Branch Banking Leader (Fintech)

Location: Marquette, MI 49855, United States; full-time branch-based role

Salary: $59,085.00–$99,485.00 per year, with potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Lead branch business performance and grow primary client relationships, deposits, loans, and non-interest income.
• Coach, train, and mentor branch employees on sales behaviors, client engagement, and performance targets.
• Execute business development initiatives and support partner-produced sales and branch initiatives.
• Manage talent functions including hiring, performance evaluations, staff development, disciplinary actions, and succession planning.
• Deliver client education and resolve issues related to branch operations and client satisfaction.
• Maintain operational excellence and help the team identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, employee, and client risks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; foreign equivalent accepted.
• At least 6 years of overall branch sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to make independent financial decisions and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, collaboration, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to follow applicable bank policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
