What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Drive consumer and business household acquisition, share-of-wallet growth, and business banking results through consultative sales and community involvement.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled consultations, financial solutions, and effective problem resolution.
• Attract, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, business, compliance, and sales-practice risks.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to provide seamless omnichannel banking services.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, banking products, customer counseling, and sales management.
• Experience with customer experience, customer loyalty, people management, decision-making, and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of background checks required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
