What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and develop new relationships.
• Drive referrals, internal partnerships, community relationships, and an ongoing business development calling program.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring, colleague development, and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, and customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, process management, and colleague development skills.
• Comfort using mobile and online banking technology and knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
