Vice President, Association Banking

Location: Remote Minnesota, United States; the role requires up to 75% travel throughout an assigned territory, with additional travel to national conferences and mandatory training.

Salary: $100,370–$123,983 annually, depending on job location; annual bonus/incentives and restricted stock may also apply.

What you will do

• Develop new business opportunities and build a portfolio of community association management company deposits.
• Grow existing client relationships, cross-sell banking products, and support deposit and lending goals.
• Identify prospects through cold calling, phone and email campaigns, in-person visits, trade shows, presentations, and industry events.
• Market and solicit loans for community associations and collect required underwriting materials.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve client issues, maintain service levels, and manage client documentation.
• Participate in remote training and sales meetings while working from a home office and traveling extensively to meet clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience.
• High school diploma required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and attend required national events and training.
