Entry Level Business Support Specialist

Location: Lancaster, PA, USA; commutable distance required. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.

What you will do

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries related to in-house applications.
• Monitor administrative changes and adjust system configurations to maintain application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and development teams to troubleshoot issues and improve user experience.
• Document support processes, FAQs, and system updates.
• Provide end-user training and guidance when needed.
• Manage user accounts and identify recurring issues for continuous system improvement.

Requirements

• Associate degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related science or engineering curriculum.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new software functionality and systems.
• Understanding of business process flow and design.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
