Maintenance Planner

Location: Alburtis, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time onsite role.

Industrial manufacturing company with plant maintenance operations.

What you will do

• Develop detailed job plans covering labor, materials, tools, and procedures for repairs, alterations, and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare daily work schedules for multiple supervisors and up to 20 Maintenance Technicians.
• Manage the maintenance workflow from work identification and planning through scheduling, execution, and auditing.
• Lead scheduling for down days and non-down days, and generate purchase requests for non-stocked parts and tools.
• Develop cost estimates, track spending against budget, and monitor maintenance performance KPIs.
• Administer EPAC systems, including preventive maintenance work orders, equipment hierarchies, plant support, training, and performance reports.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or Logistics, or qualification as a Journeyman.
• Five years of plant-specific maintenance experience.
• Alternatively, 10 years of maintenance experience and two years of experience as a Planner.
• Prior experience with maintenance software and personal computers.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Supervisory skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
