Senior Product Manager Digital Channels (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned commercial banking products and digital channels.
• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, pricing strategies, and product improvement plans with business partners.
• Lead research, analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of banking products.
• Monitor product health, market trends, competitive activity, adoption, service delivery, profitability, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Lending, Credit Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, IT, and third-party service providers.
• Hire, coach, train, and manage the performance and development of a team of Product Analysts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales, or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of financial services, banking products, treasury management, credit cards, pricing dynamics, and applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Advanced experience with product management methodology, including launches, roadmapping, business cases, product enhancements, communication plans, marketing plans, executive presentations, and reporting.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills; occasional travel is required.
