Product Manager (Digital Banking)

Location: Cary, North Carolina; hybrid work opportunities are available. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Q2 product solutions, particularly Centrix DTS.
• Manage the integration strategy between Centrix DTS, core providers, card processors, and other ancillary systems.
• Define product strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Develop business cases, pricing, packaging, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor product adoption, performance, financial results, and customer feedback while communicating strategy and business value to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrable experience in software product management.
• Strong team leadership, including building, motivating, mentoring, and developing high-performance teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, organization, problem-solving, Excel, and data analysis abilities.
• Fluent written and oral English and authorization to work for any U.S. employer are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with Pendo or other user analytics applications.
