What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for complex payment and value-added solutions.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through launch with technology, delivery, sales, and client-facing teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand partner value beyond traditional payment capabilities.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to support profitability and customer adoption.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and partner engagement.
• Translate customer and market requirements into actionable product plans and roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 4–8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, software solutions, or a related customer-facing business environment.
• Experience developing product vision, roadmaps, business cases, and market strategies for complex products or services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent partner and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or another relevant master's degree.
• Experience in software development environments, Agile methodologies, and product delivery practices.
• Experience evaluating customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities for long-term product growth.
