Maternal Child Clinical Visiting Professor (Part-Time)

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; designated clinical site supporting the St. Louis Campus BSN program

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Implement the nursing curriculum, course objectives, and program outcomes through clinical teaching.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise and evaluate students delivering nursing care.
• Provide timely, documented feedback and remediation when required.
• Develop clinical assignments aligned with students’ knowledge, competencies, and learning needs.
• Maintain awareness of clinical-site policies and coordinate with agency staff and course leadership.
• Contribute to program development, assessment, retention efforts, and student satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Clinical teaching is typically scheduled for at least one weekday during an 8-week session at a designated clinical partner site.
