Training Content Developer-Instructor (TechFISINT)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver TechFISINT courses, modules, and presentations.
• Perform engineering analysis and technical support, resolving assigned tasks through completion.
• Process and analyze telemetry data using mapping tools, algorithms, intelligence reports, display tools, and specialized software and hardware.
• Identify unusual telemetry formats and develop accurate signal chronologies and relationships between related signals.
• Document analytical findings using FISINT terminology and SIGINT and Telemetry Beaconry Analysis reporting standards.
• Collect course feedback and incorporate appropriate updates while maintaining TechFISINT expertise.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physical sciences, or a comparable technical discipline, plus at least 4 years of TechSIGINT collection, processing, and analysis experience within the past 10 years.
• If the technical bachelor’s degree is not held, at least 6 years of TechSIGINT experience within the past 10 years is required.
• Experience with one or more of Python, MATLAB, radio frequency and antennas, software-defined radio frameworks, or signals analysis.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
