National Trainer, Educational Services

Location: Remote within the United States, with the role reporting to the Educational Services organization in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Travel: 30–50% required.

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 OTE annually.

What you will do

• Deliver educational offerings through instructor-led classroom training and virtual sessions.
• Train strategic partners and end-customer accounts across North America.
• Analyze private training requests and conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Review educational content and support classroom equipment.
• Support scheduled and on-demand training across multiple business areas.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, recommend improvements, and support new trainer onboarding and readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong public speaking, communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-service orientation with strong relationship-management abilities.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to improve systems and technology.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications and a proactive, self-disciplined approach.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Axis or related products and technical product expertise.
• Experience as a technical trainer or project leader managing training programs.
• Experience in the security or information technology industry.
• Master’s degree, industry certifications, or Axis Certified Professional status.
