Hardware System Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead a team of HW engineers to advance the system-level design of inverters
• Perform CR analysis and troubleshooting
• Define technical concepts and provide leadership on HW and SW engineering competencies
• Manage change requests and collaborate with component suppliers to ensure quality and alignment
• Validate technical definitions directly with the customer

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Automotive HV power electronics
• Proven technical leadership in HW and SW engineering competencies
• English: Mandatory
• Must be based in Rabat, Morocco and available for international travel
