Production Leader - Sheet Metal Crew 3 (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities for a sheet metal production crew, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to support production plans and targets.
• Monitor quality control, investigate production issues, and address quality-related problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct safety training and audits, and recommend improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain raw material and finished goods inventory, coordinate with inventory control, and report productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software and systems.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.
