Department Manager - Chandler Fashion Center (Retail)

Location: Chandler Fashion Center, Chandler, Arizona, USA; full-time, in-store role

Salary: $23.56–$27.09 per hour; non-exempt, hourly pay status

What you will do

• Lead and support the store department team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and an inclusive working environment.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to optimize results and profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service, omni-channel operations, fitting-room and checkout routines, returns, exchanges, and loyalty-app promotion.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, succession planning, training, development, and team scheduling.
• Maintain fashion, visual merchandising, garment-care, stockroom, stock-level, pricing, and sales-floor standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, in-store technology and omni services, administrative routines, health and safety, and legal compliance.
