Clinical Specialist, TEG (Medical Devices): Supporting and expanding hospital use of TEG analyzers, software, and disposables through clinical education, onsite implementation, customer support, and territory management with an accent on hemostasis management, critical care applications, and clinical adoption. Focus on training clinicians, supporting laboratory installation and validation, resolving technical and clinical issues, and developing customer relationships across a US territory.
Location: US CA Remote; frequent domestic travel of 50–75% is required.
Base salary: $66,060.29–$109,051.90 annually, with potential sales incentives and additional compensation plans.

What you will do
- Manage an existing TEG customer territory and expand product usage and revenue within hospital accounts.
- Train clinicians and users to operate TEG equipment and software safely and efficiently and interpret results across laboratory, critical care, and operating-room settings.
- Provide onsite go-live, case, after-hours, and application support for new and existing TEG customers.
- Develop relationships with clinical champions, decision-makers, and C-level stakeholders while supporting education sessions, grand rounds, market events, and tradeshows.
- Partner with Account Managers and Implementation teams on installations, validation, verification, competency, SOP, IQCP, logistics, and ordering interfaces.
- Investigate technical, operational, and clinical concerns and collaborate with sales, marketing, quality, and R&D teams on solutions and product feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science- or medical-related field is required; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- At least 3 years of industry or clinically related experience, preferably with complex medical devices or in a critical care environment.
- Knowledge of hemostasis management is required.
- Strong technical and clinical aptitude, including the ability to operate the TEG Analyzer, interpret applications of results, and use TEG software.
- Strong written, verbal, listening, interpersonal, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence product adoption and build relationships with clinicians and hospital decision-makers.
