TL;DR
Clinical Implementation Specialist I (Acute Care Technology): Coordinating clinical education, product implementation, and go-live support for hospital customers with an accent on workflow assessment, competency development, and clinical product training. Focus on managing system-wide implementations, influencing resuscitation protocol improvements, and supporting customer sites across Canada and the US.

Location: Remote; must reside near Vancouver International Airport. The role requires travel to customer sites in Canada and the US, including up to 75% travel, and a current passport.

Annual salary: $90,000–$135,000.

What you will do

  • Assess hospital clinical workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and guide product configuration.
  • Plan and support implementations, including pre-planning, education, go-live, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and deliver orientation, continuing education, in-service training, and competency assessments for clinicians.
  • Serve as the clinical and technical expert for hirify.global hospital products and act as a liaison between customer stakeholders, sales, technical support, and leadership.
  • Manage educational and training events as a project manager across large hospital systems.
  • Support quality improvement, protocol changes, sales activities, trade shows, and distributor training as needed.

Requirements

  • RN, Paramedic, or RT qualification with 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Ability to educate clinical personnel and influence change through evidence-based clinical literature.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and operate in complex customer environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and clinical technology, including iPad and Outlook.

Nice to have

  • AHA Instructor certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
  • Clinical education experience.
  • Project management experience.
