Clinical Application Specialist EMEA (Temperature Management)

Location: Saudi Arabia, remote; field-based position with 40–60% travel across EMEA

What you will do

• Advise and support healthcare professionals in hospitals on IVTM and surface temperature management therapies.
• Deliver technical and scientific presentations using current clinical study knowledge.
• Provide therapy education to physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical personnel.
• Organize and implement round-table discussions, workshops, training courses, and customer education meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital customers and physicians while promoting temperature management products.
• Support sales and area managers, internal departments, and customer complaint management in line with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Complete DGKS/P training, preferably with intensive care unit experience.
• At least 2 years of clinical or sales experience.
• Experience with resuscitation, post-cardiac arrest care, neurology, fever management, or targeted temperature management.
• Experience as a medical device representative and in educating medical or technical personnel.
• Understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Arabic or French language skills.
