Clinical Specialist - WA (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote within Australia; frequent travel, including overnight stays, is required to support customers.

What you will do

• Deliver clinical education and hands-on training on defibrillators, patient monitors, CPR feedback devices, and data solutions.
• Provide in-field support during product implementation, installation follow-ups, and critical care situations.
• Demonstrate products to current and prospective customers and provide clinical insights to sales teams.
• Troubleshoot technical and clinical issues with customers and technical support teams.
• Build relationships with clinicians, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers while addressing ongoing customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical services, and operations teams on customer feedback, clinical resources, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Paramedicine, Biomedical Science, a related healthcare discipline, or equivalent clinical experience.
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience, particularly in critical care, emergency medicine, or pre-hospital care.
• Ability to understand and explain medical device hardware and software features.
• Strong presentation, training, communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ZOLL products or similar medical devices.
• Advanced life support certification, such as ALS or ACLS.
• Experience as a clinical educator, trainer, or applications specialist.
• Familiarity with clinical data management systems and software.
