Clinical Solutions Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Remote or hybrid within the continental United States; candidates must reside and be legally eligible to work in the United States now and in the future.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annual OTE, including base salary and variable compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver clinically accurate product demonstrations with Sales Account Executives.
• Address clinical workflow, use-case, and outcomes questions during the sales cycle.
• Conduct virtual and in-person clinical onboarding and training for healthcare customers.
• Provide post-implementation clinical guidance, workflow optimization recommendations, and product usage insights.
• Participate in customer check-ins, QBRs, and feedback loops to inform product improvements.
• Represent clinician needs internally and train Sales, Customer Success, and other teams on clinical use cases and product updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, scientific, or healthcare-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of clinical, clinical support, clinical applications, or healthcare technology experience.
• RPSGT certification required.
• Hands-on experience working with clinicians in a hospital, health system, or clinical practice.
• Experience delivering clinical training, product demonstrations, or workflow education to healthcare audiences.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Located in the MST or PST time zones.
• Certified in Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH).
• Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist with a Sleep Disorders Specialty.
• Experience supporting sales teams, pre-sales, post-sales, or customer success.
