Technical Analyst Oracle Apps Development (Oracle ERP)

Location: Sidney, Ohio, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements across multiple functional areas.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from Oracle ERP, Snowflake, and other enterprise applications.
• Build reporting solutions for manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and operational decision-making.
• Create executive-level dashboards and KPI reports while improving the performance and usability of existing solutions.
• Support the migration from Tableau to Sigma, document analytical methods, and collaborate with IT and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations with Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience working with enterprise data and ERP systems, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Oracle ERP, SAP, SQL, and data extraction techniques.
• Experience with manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
