Business Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Develop detailed business cases for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and new product introductions.
• Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI assessments to support leadership decisions.
• Partner with the FP&A team on annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, margin, and profitability trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve reporting processes and automate recurring analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategy.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
