MEP Project Manager

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; office-based role

Salary: $128,067.17–$146,362.48 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the design, engineering, and construction of multiple MEP infrastructure projects on fully occupied campuses.
• Coordinate shutdowns, tie-ins, quality control, and construction activities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and work quality throughout delivery.
• Lead weekly OAC meetings and track follow-up actions.
• Collaborate extensively with owners, technical teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Present technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience on similar projects in educational, institutional, or life science environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive MEP project experience.
• Familiarity with applicable building codes, central plant operations, and construction means and methods.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.

Nice to have

• LEED AP, CPD, or PE certification.
• Experience assisting, supervising, or mentoring team members.
