MEP Project Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, OK, United States; full-time, onsite

What you will do

• Communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and trade contractors about project risks, schedules, budgets, logistics, and change management.
• Define project scopes, deliverables, staffing requirements, work plans, and phase schedules.
• Prepare project manuals, work category descriptions, bid packages, and manage the construction management bidding process, including post-bid reviews.
• Coordinate estimating, scheduling, value engineering, reporting, and other project planning services.
• Manage project documentation, bulletins, field work orders, change orders, subcontract agreements, and trade work scopes.
• Lead trade contractor relations and maintain client relationships from contract start through the warranty period.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Training or completed coursework in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or sponsorship takeover is not available.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screening is required.
