Adult Health Clinical Visiting Professor (Part-Time)

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach nursing students through supervised clinical experiences aligned with the College’s curriculum, philosophy, and course objectives.
• Plan clinical assignments and provide direct supervision while students deliver nursing care.
• Evaluate student performance, document feedback, and provide remediation when required.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies, course coordinators, college administration, staff, and faculty.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Support program development, assessment activities, campus retention efforts, and student satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in the state of Missouri is required.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Ability to supervise, evaluate, and support nursing students in clinical settings.
