Value Stream Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Tulsa, OK; onsite in a manufacturing environment with regular presence on the production floor

What you will do

• Lead an assigned manufacturing value stream across safety, quality, delivery, cost, production, maintenance, planning, and continuous improvement.
• Align capacity, staffing, materials, and equipment readiness with demand to support on-time customer delivery.
• Establish operating rhythms and standard work, monitor KPIs, and use data to improve throughput, lead times, delivery, and cost.
• Identify production constraints, escalate risks, and implement recovery plans and structured corrective actions.
• Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to synchronize priorities and translate strategy into operational execution.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and develop direct reports while supporting workforce planning, succession planning, and frontline leadership capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years leading production or value stream teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and lean principles.
• Experience managing large teams, driving performance, solving complex operational problems, and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work regularly on a manufacturing production floor, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise, industrial equipment, and required PPE.
