Product Quality Assurance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead laboratory operations and supervise laboratory technicians, including performance management, workflow efficiency, coaching, and staff development.
• Manage Product Evaluation Request logistics from initiation and material handling through assignment, analysis, review, and closeout.
• Prioritize laboratory work, remove process bottlenecks, standardize workflows, and implement operational improvements.
• Communicate critical findings and recommendations to Quality Assurance, Application Engineering, and Sales.
• Develop and manage laboratory KPIs, documentation, reporting, and corrective action programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, testing protocols, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of progressive quality assurance experience, including laboratory operations or customer incident management systems.
• Experience managing teams and operational processes, improving workflows, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with data analysis software and statistical analysis tools, plus knowledge of quality management systems and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of corrective action programs, root cause analysis, industry standards, regulatory compliance, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored immigration support; global travel is required.
