Production Team Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: 870 Anderson Blvd, Greenfield, Indiana 46140, USA. On-site, 2-2-3 night shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

What you will do

• Lead the assigned manufacturing shift to achieve safety, service, quality, productivity, cost, and inventory targets.
• Enforce Environmental, Health and Safety policies, coordinate required training, and lead safety incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Build an engaging team environment, delegate resources, recognize performance, and develop team members through coaching and feedback.
• Implement operational improvements to increase safety, quality, employee engagement, and productivity while reducing scrap.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality standards, cycle counts, safety audits, and housekeeping requirements.
• Troubleshoot process equipment and product performance issues while leading manufacturing optimization, Lean Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 3 years of leadership, process improvement, and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead, coach, support, and develop a diverse team.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, processes, technology, and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem-solving, delegation, teamwork, time management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Sigma tools and Enterprise Lean Sigma continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to work on-site on a 2-2-3 night shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
